I was walking though Waimea Park when I saw what looked like a pavilion. It was all roped off with tape that said "keep out", so naturally I had to go inside to see what was there. I wonder what this rock is? Is it a sun dial or an ancient device to track UFOs, or maybe it's a bird bath? If anyone knows what it might be or if you are from outer space, please make a comment and help me solve this mystery.
