HAWAII DRIFT

Some local guys have caught on to the sport of "Drift Driving" which originated in Japan. It's an art of sliding your car sideways or drifting. I would call it something like automotive ballet. Two cars slide and drift parallel without crashing into each other or anything else.
I went to this show but they didn't allow any picture taking. I took some anyway but my computer crashed and I lost them all, too bad, anyway this is Verena Mei. Born in Hawaii. She's maybe the only female Drift Driver so far in this sport. She also appeared the Movie "Tokyo Drift". I stood in a long line to get her autograph. She told me it's OK to put her picture up on the blog, thanks Verena, you're the best!
