It takes about 1/2 hour to hike up the trail including some 100 concrete steps and one spiral stair case that winds up inside of a tunnel. Once on top you will forget all of the pain you suffered on the way up and will be rewarded by the most awesome view of leeward Oahu. This is a photo I took looking eastward, on the left is a glimpse of Diamond Head Crater.
